MINIMUM ORDER - $100 for each and every order. Orders under $100 will not be processed. All goods purchased must be for resale.
DOCUMENTATION: Palm of Hope Designs requires two forms of documentation to set up a wholesale account. The first document verifies you are conducting a business that is able to resell jewelry. The second document certifies that you are exempt from paying sales tax on your wholesale purchases. Wholesale customers must submit and periodically update the documents in order to maintain a wholesale account with Palm of Hope Designs.
RESELLER PERMIT OR LICENSE -The first required document is issued by the state where your business is located. A Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN or EIN) is NOT sufficient for setting up a wholesale account. We require a copy of your resale permit or license number issued by your State tax agency. If you live in a state that does not collect sales tax, like Alaska or Oregon, we will accept your city business license.
SALES TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE -Sales tax exemption documentation is required to purchase Palm of Hope Designs on a wholesale account regardless of the taxable status of the market you re-sell the products into.

EMAIL - Please include your name and customer number or order number in all correspondence so we can associate your email with an account or transaction. You will receive an email confirmation of your order during business hours. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please resend.

ORDER ADDITIONS – We try our best to honor order additions. When possible, we will add to the existing order. Please note that if the order has already been processed extra shipping my be incurred.
PRICE CHANGES - Products made from gold or silver alloys are priced based on daily commodity markets as described under the sub-heading Market Based Metals Pricing. We reserve the right to change prices without notice to correct errors, adjust for manufacturer price changes, or adjust for currency fluctuations on imported items.
LATE ORDER CANCELLATIONS – May incur a 10% restocking fee to cover order preparation and return labor.
CREDIT CARD DATA – For your security, please note that we do not store credit card data.
FRAUD PREVENTION – We reserve the right to require additional identity confirmation documentation prior to processing orders. We also reserve the right to request payment by bank transfer instead of credit card if we cannot adequately verify card ownership. This is for cardholder protection. Thank you for your patience.
Orders shipped are prepaid by credit card or debit card. We do not accept personal checks without prior approval. Your card will be charged at the time of shipment for the contents of the parcel.
Credit Cards - We proudly accept Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard via Square or PayPal.
We diligently screen orders for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to request additional documentation in order to verify identity and card authenticity. These extra security steps are for cardholder protection. Also note that we do not store credit card data.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS – We typically ship via USPS in the United States. For overseas orders please advise us on the method you would prefer. We are not responsible for overseas duties or taxes.
INSURANCE & RESHIPMENT – If you require extra insurance on your order it will be added to your shipping fee at the rate charged by the carrier. Once packages leave our building, they are the responsibility of the shipping provider you choose. We cannot ship replacements for lost merchandise without payment according to our normal terms.
Order filling and shipping transit times do not include weekends and holidays.
Unclaimed or return-to-sender parcels will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping charges.

Natural stones may vary slightly. When ordering multiple designs of the same stones, slight variances in color or size are considered acceptable with natural materials.
